Booking and Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that the confirmation invoice reflects charges in US Dollars.

 

DEPOSIT POLICY

  • To confirm your booking a deposit of 50% is required immediately, full payment must be received within 48 hours prior to tour date.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • cancellations received within 45 days of the tour date a full refund less 50.00USD + 12.5% General Sales Tax processing fee will be charged.

  • No refunds will be given for unused package portions or tours.

  • Your credit card company may have additional charges for foreign transactions.

  • There may be a credit card, and BANK CHARGES/EXCHANGE RATE CHARGES added to the balance authorized for credit card charges.

  • Please note that we do not have any control over these charges which they make 

  • directly to you. We charge only the amount that you authorize to us.

  • We accept VISA, & MASTER CARD for payments.
